How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment by emailing me directly or calling the office. I’ll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule.

Do you accept insurance?

I currently accept most service providers (view the full list in our homepage) and also offer private pay options. Please contact me for more details.

What can I expect during my first session?

During your first session, we’ll discuss your goals, concerns, and any relevant background information to create a personalized plan for therapy.

How long are therapy sessions?

Therapy sessions typically last 45-60 minutes. However, I offer extended sessions upon request.

Can I contact you between sessions?

Yes, you can email or leave a voicemail if you need support between sessions. I aim to respond as promptly as possible.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation fee may apply for late notice.
