How long are therapy sessions?
Therapy sessions typically last 45-60 minutes. However, I offer extended sessions upon request.
Can I contact you between sessions?
Yes, you can email or leave a voicemail if you need support between sessions. I aim to respond as promptly as possible.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation fee may apply for late notice.
